Creamy Mushroom and Bacon Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta 120g
- Whip cream 150g
- Mushroom (small) 8 pcs
- Bacon 50g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Clear water 50ml
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Cracked black pepper Appropriate amount
- Basil (optional) 1 piece
Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients
2. Wash and slice mushrooms
3. Cut bacon into small slices
4. Chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside
5. Boil water in a pot and add a teaspoon of salt, then add a little olive oil, put the pasta in a radial shape as shown in the picture and cook for about 12 minutes
6. Use the cooking time of the pasta to stir-fry the sauce: heat the olive oil in the pot, and stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant
7. Then add bacon and fry until translucent
8. Add mushrooms and fry for one or two minutes
9. Pour in whipping cream
10. Add 50 ml of warm water and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer until thick
11. Take out the cooked pasta and put it into the pot and mix well
12. Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well
13. Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and turn off the heat
