Ingredients

Steps
1. To make water-oil dough, put the oil dough ingredients into a bread machine or knead by hand until a film comes out. No need to use gloves, just put the film in a fresh-keeping bag and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Mix the pastry ingredients and knead into a ball, then pack it in a plastic bag.
3. Divide the pastry into 16 equal portions, approximately 13 grams each of pastry and 21 grams each.
4. Flatten a piece of dough with your hands, wrap it in a piece of dough, close it and roll it into a round shape. Complete everything in sequence. Cover the dough with plastic wrap during operation.
