Ingredients
- Whole cream pure milk 250lm
- Whole milk powder 20g
- White sugar 15 grams

Steps

2. Pour the milk powder into pure milk.
3. Stir evenly and set aside.
4. Pour the stirred milk into the milk pot and heat it.
5. Heat until bubbles start to bubble around but the milk is not boiling, then turn off the heat.
6. Take a bowl and pour the hot milk into the bowl.
7. After skimming off the foam with a spoon, let the milk rest until milk skin forms on the surface.
8. Open the eggs and take out the egg whites.
9. Slowly pour the milk that produces the milk skin into the beaten egg whites, keeping the milk skin. The milk flows down the bowl, and the milk skin is kept in the bowl. Finally, some milk needs to be retained at the bottom of the bowl to allow the milk skin to float on the milk.
10. Pour the milk into the bowl and mix it with the egg whites evenly.
11. Add sugar and continue stirring until the sugar melts.
12. Strain the mixed egg milk liquid through a mesh sieve.
13. Put the filtered egg milk liquid into a cup with a gap, and slowly pour it along the edge of the bowl holding the milk skin. Let the original milk skin still float on the surface.
14. No need to stir, cover with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent steam dripping from affecting the finished product, put it in a steamer, and steam for 15 minutes.
15. After steaming, let it warm and add a little honey red beans. Best eaten refrigerated.
