Dragon fruit yogurt jelly
Ingredients
- Yoghurt 200g
- Red Pitaya Pulp 60g
- Gelatin tablets 10g
- Sugar 15g
- Coconut Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Soak gelatine in cold water, put some shredded coconut or a layer of plastic wrap in the box to prevent sticking
2. Put the dragon fruit pulp into a juice cup and smash it
3. Done in a few seconds
4. Put in a small pot and add sugar
5. Add the squeezed dry gelatine slices and heat over low heat until the gelatine is completely melted
6. Remove from heat and let cool until hand temperature
7. Pour in the yogurt and stir well
8. Pour into the box
9. Cover the lid and refrigerate for more than 1 hour until completely solidified
10. Flip it upside down on the coconut paste
11. Cut into small pieces
12. Wrap a circle of coconut paste
13. Plate and eat
