Dry Stir-fried Kidney Beans
Ingredients

Steps

2. Clean the kidney beans, pinch off both ends, and pull out the bean tendons on both sides of the kidney beans.
3. Break into longer sections with your hands. To prevent oil from splattering during frying, you can use kitchen paper to dry the water on the kidney beans.
4. Rinse the dried chilies and cut into small pieces. .
5. Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
6. Rinse the pepper and cut some green onion and ginger for later use. There was no Sichuan peppercorns at home, so I had to use Sichuan peppercorns, which would give an authentic taste.
7. Put a little more oil in the pot, add the kidney bean segments and fry until cooked.
8. The kidney beans should be fried until they become shrunken and wrinkled, and then taken out when they are completely mature.
9. Leave some base oil in the pot, add dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, onions, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
10. Add fried kidney beans and add appropriate amount of salt.
11. Add a little light soy sauce, be careful not to add too much light soy sauce.
12. Add a little sugar.
13. Finally, you can add a little cooked sesame seeds.
14. Stir fry evenly.
