Egg Cabbage Pancake
Ingredients
- Cabbage core 40g
- Flour 50g
- Eggs 1
- Salt 2g
- Red Shopee Appropriate amount
- White sesame Appropriate amount
- Salad dressing Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the main ingredients.
2. Wash the cabbage core, remove the stem in the middle, and cut into thin strips.
3. Sprinkle 2g of salt and mix well.
4. Pour in flour and mix well.
5. Crack in an egg.
6. Stir evenly.
7. Add red shrimp skin.
8. Stir and mix well.
9. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan.
10. Heat the oil to 60% heat, add an appropriate amount of cabbage, flatten it, and fry over low heat for 1 minute.
11. Flip over low heat and fry for another 1 minute until both sides of the pancake are golden brown.
12. Fry in the second pan over low heat. After one side is set, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on top.
13. Take out the pot.
14. Squeeze on some salad dressing.
