Egg, corn and carrot pancakes
Ingredients
- Fresh milk 200ml
- Corn kernels A handful
- Carrot 8 slices
- Flour Appropriate amount
- Sugar Appropriate amount
- Eggs 1
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Cut the radish and put the corn into the container
3. Add flour and sugar
4. Add eggs
5. Add milk while stirring slightly and continue stirring
6. It’s OK once it forms into dough
7. Make it into a cake shape
8. Heat the oil and reduce the heat to low for frying
9. Fry until golden brown

- I forgot how much flour to use, just make it into a shape that can be rolled out
