Step 1
1 small piece of pork, washed and minced, 1 piece of ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 1 shallot, washed and minced and set aside.Step 2
Put the minced pork into a bowl, add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of starch, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.Step 3
1 piece of tofu, washed and cut into cubes. Set aside.Step 4
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl to make egg liquid and set aside.Step 5
Pour the tofu into the prepared egg liquid, add 1 tablespoon of chili powder and an appropriate amount of salt. If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to add chili powder.Step 6
Mix tofu, eggs and seasonings evenly.Step 7
Pour an appropriate amount of Grandma's small mustard oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry the minced meat until fragrant.Step 8
Pour in the egg liquid and tofu prepared previously and stir-fry until fragrant. .Step 9
