egg sandwich
Ingredients
- Toast bread Six slices
- Eggs Three
- Salad dressing One tablespoon
- Freshly ground black pepper Appropriate amount
- Lettuce leaves Three large pieces
Steps
1. Homemade whole wheat toast. See my recipe for how to make it. Slice as thick or thin as you like.
2. Boil three eggs. Remove the shells.
3. You can use any magical tool to crush or chop the eggs. I used a potato masher.
4. Pressed to this extent.
5. Add salad dressing, plain flavor is fine. Freshly ground black pepper.
6. Mix well.
7. If you are more particular, you can cut off the hard edges of the toast. I only cut the pompadour ^_^
8. Place lettuce leaves on top. Add a spoonful of egg sauce to the leaves.
9. Spread evenly.
10. Cover with toast slices and press them. Make three servings.
11. If you are not going to eat it right away, wrap it in plastic wrap.
12. If it’s too late, don’t worry about appearance, just start chewing!
