These are the first two salted egg yolks I pickled. After washing off the salt crust on the outside, they are crystal clear.Step 4
Plug-in enabled! Call everyone pyramid-shaped rice dumplings - first, the two leaves are rotated 90 degrees in opposite directions (forgive me for leaving one hand free to take pictures...)Step 5

Fold the upper and lower sides toward the middle (forgive me for being anxious when taking photos with one hand)Step 9
Fold the rest to the middle, you may need to fold one more layerStep 10
Then tie them up. If you are not a late-stage obsessive-compulsive disorder like me, just tie them up as strong as you like. If you happen to be like me, you must be symmetrical and beautiful... then tie them up like this. The language is not easy to express, but it is a good practice to learn solid geometry. Recipe for cooking egg yolk and bacon rice dumplings1. For the taste, bacon! Certainly! want! Fat!
2. You don’t need to add oyster sauce. I think oyster sauce has a special freshness and sweetness, so I added it (oyster sauce has a shelf life of two years and I thought mine had expired, which scared me orz...)
3. It is best to use fresh rice dumpling leaves to make concave shapes. There is a layer of fluff on the back of the fresh leaves that is not very slippery. Last year I used dried rice dumpling leaves and couldn’t spare any time to take pictures.
4. The language of tying is difficult to describe. The secret is to "wrap it on the left and clockwise" (I really want to know more about it in private chat~)
