Eggs in sugar water
Ingredients
- Native eggs 1 piece
- Red dates 3 pieces
- Brown sugar A little
- Wolfberry A little
Steps
1. Take out a pack of red dates;
2. Wash;
3. Peel the washed red dates;
4. Take out the wolfberry;
5. Wash some wolfberries and set aside;
6. Prepare a free-range egg;
7. Put the pitted red dates into the pot and stir-fry;
8. When it is slightly burnt, add a bowl of water;

Tips
- Remove the core of the red dates to remove dryness. Stir-fry the red dates until slightly burnt and add water to boil them for digestion. Add the wolfberries when cooking to avoid sourness!
