Enoki mushroom tofu
Ingredients
- Enoki mushrooms A handful
- Japanese tofu 3 pieces
- Onions One
- Starch Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Wash and separate the enoki mushrooms
3. Prepare the sauce: half a bowl of water + one spoon of light soy sauce + one spoon of dark soy sauce + half a spoon of sugar. Stir well and set aside.
4. Slice tofu and coat with starch.
5. Heat the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
6. Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms and cook until halfway cooked.
7. Pour into cold water, drain and set aside.
8. Pour in the prepared sauce
9. Add a little chicken essence
10. Pour in the tofu and stir-fry evenly until the flavor is absorbed. Use high heat to reduce the juice.
