3. Then change to pure water and soak in the refrigerator for the second 24 hours.

4. Pour out the water in the container and clean it. Use scissors to cut open the abdomen of the sea cucumber, cut both ends to the head, and remove the white gypsum-like sand head.

5. Do not remove the four or five longitudinal tendons on the abdominal wall. Use scissors to cut them into sections or cut them into three or four sections. Cutting will not affect the size of the sea cucumber when it is soaked; on the contrary, it will cause the sea cucumber to become larger.

6. Completely clean the inner pot of the pressure cooker. Use a tablespoon of baking soda mixed with hot water to clean it until it is completely oil-free. Includes inner cover. Then rinse with clean water several times. Pour purified water and sea cucumber into the inner pot. There is plenty of water, leaving room for the sea cucumber to expand. Choose healthy standard porridge (not kept warm!). After the alarm, the gas will naturally deflate and immediately take out the inner pot and let it cool naturally. 7. Wash, put it back into a clean and absolutely oil-free container, and add ice cubes made of pure water. Place in the refrigerator and continue to refrigerate for 24 hours (the first day after cooking). Adding ice cubes is to make the sea cucumber soak better.

8. This is the state when it is taken out and refrigerated for 6 hours after cooking. After 24 hours, the water and ice cubes are changed.

9. This is the state of refrigeration for 24 hours after cooking. It has obviously become longer and expanded better. This picture is a picture without ice cubes. The actual length of the hair made with ice cubes is actually 12 to 14CM.

10. Continue to change water and ice cubes and refrigerate for the last 24 hours (the second day after soaking).

12. I send out about 12 heads each time, seal them in individual fresh-keeping bags, and then freeze the large bags for easy access. Take them out the night before and put them in the refrigerator to defrost naturally. Tips
