Step 1
Wipe dry with kitchen towel, sprinkle with appropriate amount of French herb marinated meat, chopped fresh rosemary and garlic and marinate for half an hour.Step 2
Put 20g butter in the pot, heat it over high heat, add the lamb chops and fry for about two minutes.Step 3
Flip and fry for about two minutes more.Step 4
