Fresh bamboo shoot stew
Ingredients
- Pork belly with skin 500g
- Peeled bamboo shoots 250g
- Rock sugar 50g
- Panthoxylum bungeanum Appropriate amount
- White wine 25g
- Onions and ginger Appropriate amount

Steps
