Fried crispy tofu
Ingredients
- Laodoufu One piece
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Garlic cloves 3 pcs
- Onion 1 root
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Cut tofu into cubes, cut green and red pepper into sections, and mince garlic
3. Coat tofu with starch
4. Heat oil in a pan and add tofu
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides
6. Take out and set aside
7. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce to half a bowl of water.
8. A spoonful of dark soy sauce
9. A little salt, stir well and set aside
10. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and onions, stir-fry and then add green and red chili peppers.
11. Add tofu
12. Pour in the prepared sauce
13. Stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed, reduce the juice over high heat and serve.
