Ingredients

- Flour 100g

Steps
1. Choose magnolias that do not bloom very vigorously
2. It is best to soak in water after picking
3. Pick off the petals and wash them
4. Let dry slightly
5. Use a knife to cut a small opening in each petal to prevent oil from splashing during frying
6. Add salt and pepper to taste
7. Add eggs and marinate for a while
8. Add flour, cornstarch and water and mix thoroughly
9. Let it sit for 10 minutes
10. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 70% hot
11. Fry over low heat and be careful of oil splashing during frying
12. Crispy and delicious, fragrant and slightly scented with pine nuts

- The petals should be cut open with a knife to prevent them from exploding during frying
