Fried noodles with seasonal vegetables
Ingredients
- Noodles 100g
- Green pepper 1/4 piece
- Carrot 1/3 root
- Onion 1/4
- Ham sausage 1 piece
- Pepper 1/3 salt spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1/3 salt spoon
- Preserved Mushrooms and Vegetables 1 tablespoon
Steps
1. Prepare all materials
2. Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add noodles, and cook for about 5 minutes. Determine the time depending on the size of the noodles
3. Dice ham sausage
4. Peel, wash and cut the carrot into small dices, wash and remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into small dices
5. Wash and dice the onions
6. After the noodles are cooked, take them out and rinse them with cold water twice and set aside
7. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until fragrant
8. Add diced carrots and diced green peppers, stir-fry until they change color
9. Add ham
10. Stir fry evenly
11. Add noodles and stir-fry evenly
12. Add shiitake mushrooms and preserved vegetables and continue stir-frying
13. Add light soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir-fry
