Fried rice cake with cabbage
Ingredients
- rice cake 500g
- Chinese cabbage 250g
- Carrot 50g
- Eggs 2
- Onions and garlic Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Cut the rice cake into thin slices and set aside.
2. Prepare all the ingredients.
3. Rinse the Chinese cabbage, drain the water, and cut into small pieces.
4. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into shreds.
5. Crush the garlic and chop the green onions.
6. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt.
7. Then stir and break up in one direction.
8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid. After the egg liquid solidifies, stir-fry quickly and disperse, then remove and set aside. (You can add more oil to the scrambled eggs)
9. Leave some oil in the pot, add scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
10. Add cabbage and carrot shreds and stir-fry.
11. Pour in the rice cake slices and stir-fry.
12. After frying the rice cake until it becomes soft, add the previously fried eggs.
13. Then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
14. Add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
15. Add a little water and stir-fry evenly.
16. Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
17. Take out of the pot and serve on a plate.
Tips
- Light soy sauce and dark soy sauce both have a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt.
