Fried Sausage with Snow Peas
Ingredients
- Snow peas 160g
- Sausage 1 piece
- Salt Half a teaspoon
- Light soy sauce Half tablespoon
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
Steps
1. 160g snow peas.
2. Rinse with clean water.
3. Remove the tendons at both ends.
4. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
5. Chop a clove of garlic and shred a piece of ginger.
6. Open the water and add the snow peas.
7. Blanch for 30 seconds and remove.
8. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan, add onion and ginger over low heat, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
9. Add sausage and fry the sausage over low heat.
10. Fry for about 1 minute until both sides are lightly browned.
11. Add snow peas and stir-fry over low heat.
12. Add half a teaspoon of salt and stir-fry over high heat.
13. Add half a tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir well.
14. Make a plate.
15. Crispy, tender, delicious and goes well with rice.
Tips
- ① Snow peas must be blanched in boiling water or stir-fried in oil, otherwise they will easily cause poisoning if eaten.
