Fried shrimp
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- ginger
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Starch
- Pepper
Steps
1. Remove the heads and feet of the shrimps, wash them, cut the backs of the shrimps, and pick out the shrimp lines;
2. Shred the ginger and mince the garlic;
3. Mix shredded ginger and minced garlic with soy sauce, starch, and pepper, put the shrimp into the flavored paste, and marinate for about half an hour;
4. Heat oil and fry shrimps in pan;
5. Remove from the pot and plate.
