Filter out the gardenia water, add glutinous rice flour, mix well, and let stand for more than an hour. (Grandma said to let it sit overnight~)Step 3
Stir evenly again and pour into the mold. (Why are there different colors? In fact, this is what I took during the experiment. There are 4 different ratios, each divided into two halves, half with white alkali and half without. Because many people are resistant to white alkali, in the end I still feel The ones with white alkali are more delicious.)Step 4
Steam over medium heat for 25 minutes. (You may feel a little embarrassed after steaming, especially those with white alkali added. They will come to the edge. It’s okay. They are very soft and highly plastic. Just put them back.)Step 5
After it is slightly set, you can take it out.Step 6
