Garlic minced meat toast
Ingredients
- Toast Two slices
- Mozzarella cheese 80g
- Onion 1 root
- Ginger 3 slices
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Minced meat 100g
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Salt A little
- Fruit and vegetable granules 100g
Steps
1. Chop garlic, onion and ginger.
2. Add minced garlic, onion and ginger, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
3. Pour the minced meat into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until loose.
4. Add fruits and vegetables and stir-fry.
5. After stir-frying evenly, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and salt to taste.
6. Shred mozzarella cheese and set aside. Take two slices of toast.
7. Spread a layer of cheese.
8. Add the fried vegetables and minced meat.
9. Spread another layer of cheese.
10. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, middle level, up and down for 8 to 10 minutes.
