Garlic Salt and Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients

Steps
1. Cut off the shrimp whiskers and tips, pick out the shrimp lines, dry the water, add an appropriate amount of starch and salt, catch and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. When marinating the shrimp, chop the green onion into small pieces, prepare minced garlic and bread crumbs.
3. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot. When the oil temperature rises, add the shrimps and fry them until they are slightly yellow, then remove them.
4. Heat the oil in the pot again, put the shrimps in batches and fry them again, so that the shrimps will be more crispy and delicious.
