Golden Autumn Jade Gui Bird's Nest and Papaya Cup
Ingredients
- Bird's Nest 1-2 cups
- Red dates 3-5 pcs
- Wolfberry 10-15 pcs
- Papaya One
- Osmanthus honey Appropriate amount
- Purified water (mineral water) 1.5L
Steps
1. Soak the bird's nest in pure water or mineral water for 6-8 hours. Please adjust the soaking time according to the different qualities of bird's nest.
2. After the bird's nest is soaked, use small tweezers to remove the hair in the bird's nest and tear it into strips.
3. Use a slotted spoon to rinse the bird's nest slightly to remove the loose hair from the magazine and then filter out the water.
4. Once the bird's nest is soaked, you can prepare all the ingredients.
5. Pour the soaked bird's nest into the stew pot. Even though the stew pot is small, the capacity is quite impressive~
6. Pour in purified water or mineral water until the bird's nest is slightly covered.
7. Add water to the health pot to the "water level before placing the pot", put the stew pot in place and close the lid.
8. Select bird's nest stew mode and stew for 30 minutes. If you don’t have a health pot, you can use a water-proof stew pot instead. Do not stew directly in the pot. Because the water-proof stew temperature is not that high, the high temperature will cause the water-soluble protein in the bird's nest to be lost; compared with the traditional water-proof stew pot, the Beiding Health Pot is more lightweight, convenient and does not take up space. The transparent pot body allows you to observe the status of the soup at any time.
9. Add wolfberry to the health pot in the last 10 minutes. Remember to wear thermal gloves~
10. While waiting, prepare the papaya cup and cut an oval arc at 2/3 of the papaya.
11. Use a spoon to scoop out the papaya seeds and part of the pulp, and cut the scooped pulp into small dices for later use.
12. The stewed bird's nest soup is also ready. The biggest advantage of using a health pot is that you can do other things in the middle without worrying about the pot drying out or overflowing.
13. Place the bird's nestLadle into papaya cups.
14. Sprinkle the diced papaya and pour the red dates and wolfberry water in the health pot.
15. Scoop in an appropriate amount of osmanthus honey.
