Green Beans and Chicken Gizzards
Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards 6 pieces
- Green beans 150g
- Thread pepper 100g
- Ginger 2 slices
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Yellow wine 3 tablespoons
- Salt 5 grams
- Sugar 2 grams

Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Add two pieces of ginger, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, and 2 grams of salt to the pot and blanch the chicken gizzards.
3. Cut the pepper into small pieces.
