Grilled fried chicken with green onions
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1 whole piece
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon

- White sugar 1 teaspoon

Steps
1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces
2. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt and marinate for 15 minutes
