Grilled Tofu with Tomatoes

Step 1
Prepare the above ingredients. 1. Dice tomatoes. 2. Cut the tofu into small pieces. 3. Mince the garlic. 4. Cut the green onions into finely chopped pieces and separate the tops and tails of the green onions.Step 2
Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.Step 3
Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry until juices come out.Step 4
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, season with salt and chicken essence.Step 5
After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for three minutes, then add the tofu.Step 6
