Hawthorn paste & hawthorn cake & fruit peel, baby food supplement, good for stomach and digestion
Ingredients
- Fresh Hawthorn 580g
- Fine sugar 200g
- Water 150g
Steps
1. The hawthorn season is here, and I want to give my baby some appetizing snacks. I also miss the fruit peel we ate when we were kids.
2. Wash the hawthorn, remove the handle, cut in the center, and remove the core with a knife. Some cores are hidden deep, so make sure they are removed thoroughly.
3. Pour the hawthorn into the milk pot, add 100g sugar and 150g water and prepare to cook. The water here only covers the hawthorn a little.
4. Cook over medium heat until soft. After 12 minutes, they are all soft and water has come up.
5. Stir it with chopsticks until all the hawthorns are broken into pieces. At this point, it is ready.
6. Dry the hawthorn until it is warm, pour it into a cooking stick, grind it into puree, and pour it into the wok. Because the amount of water is added just right when cooking, it not only ensures that the hawthorns can be beaten delicately, but also prevents too much water, otherwise it will be troublesome to fry for a while.
