Healthy seafood soup
Ingredients
- Clam Several
- Fresh shrimp Several
- Cooking wine, onion, ginger Tofu, vermicelli, spinach and seaweed according to preference
Steps
1. Prepare materials (fresh seafood is preferred)
2. Spit sand with light salt water for 1-2 hours
3. Saute onions and ginger flowers, add water, a little salt, cooking wine, and fresh soy sauce~
4. Saute shrimps separately, stir-fry scallions and cooking wine until fragrant, then put them into a pot and bring to a boil
