Homemade side dish stinky tofu and roasted edamame
Stinky tofu 200 grams (approx.) | Edamame rice 200 grams (approx.) |

Step 1
Prepare stinky tofu and edamame~Step 2
Rinse the stinky tofu and dry it slightly with kitchen paper. We only use about 10 grams of oil, so it is easier to work with the stinky tofu in two pieces~Step 3
Heat the pot and add oil~Step 4
Slowly put the stinky tofu into the non-stick pan and fry over medium or low heat ~Step 5
I like to cut some shredded ginger and fry it together. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to add it~Step 6
Once one side is slightly golden, flip over and continue frying~Step 7
When both sides are golden brown, move the tofu to one side of the pan and fry the edamame with the remaining oil in the pan~Step 8
Then slowly stir-fry the edamame and tofu together~Step 9
Add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and water to the pot, stir well, cover with a lid and heat over medium-low heat for a while, then remove from the pot~Step 10
