Homemade toast slices
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 280 g
- Milk 150g
- Butter 25g
- Sugar 45g
- Eggs 50g
- Salt 2g
- Yeast 4g
Steps
1. Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl, knead into a dough, add softened butter, and knead for another 10 minutes.
2.Check the dough and you can easily pull out a non-breakable film.
3. Fermented dough. Ferment until doubled in size. Dip your fingers in flour and lightly poke a hole in the dough. If the dough does not collapse or shrink, it means it is ready.
4. Deflate the dough.
5. Divide into 3 equal parts.
6. Leave to relax for 10 minutes.
7. Take a piece of dough and roll it out.
8. Fold both ends back.
9. Roll it out again.
10. Roll up.
11. Place in toast box.
12. Secondary fermentation. Ferment until 8 minutes full.
13. Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
14. Let the toast cool.
