Tips
- 1. Be sure to put warm water in the bread bucket. If it is too hot, the bacteria powder will be burned to death and it will not be able to ferment. It is not necessary. Pour the water and put the glass bottle directly into it.
- 2. All containers must be sterilized at high temperature, firstly for hygiene, and secondly because it will affect the fermentation of bacterial powder.
- 3. Keep it in the refrigerator and eat it as soon as possible. After all, it has no additives, and the shelf life is definitely not as long as those bought outside.
