- Cooking wine 20g
- Sweet red pepper 3g
- White pepper 1g
- Hot water 10g

Steps
1. Soak chicken wings for 20 minutes to remove blood, rinse and drain.
2. Score the chicken wings 2 to 3 times to make them more flavorful.
3. Add minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, sweet red pepper powder, and white pepper powder into the bowl.
4. Pour in hot boiling water and stir evenly.
5. Pour the mixed sauce into the chicken wings, stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a day to marinate.
6. Use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the marinated chicken wings before frying them until they are colored. Turn on medium heat, pour a little cooking oil into a non-stick pan, and when the oil is hot, add the chicken wings.
7. Fry the chicken wings on both sides until golden brown.
8. Add boiling water level with the chicken wings and stir evenly.
9. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. After simmering, turn on high heat to reduce the sauce until it is completely dry, allowing the sauce to hang on the chicken wings.
10. Take out of the pot and place on a plate, sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.
11. Delicious and nutritious honey chicken wings are now ready!

Tips
- 1. If the marinating time is not enough, marinate for at least 1 hour. It is recommended to refrigerate overnight for better taste.
- 2. If you are cooking a lot at one time, you can fry the chicken wings in several batches instead of frying them all at once.
