Hot and sour lotus root slices
Ingredients
- Lotus root One section
- White vinegar 2 porcelain spoons
- Dried chili A small handful
- Pepper Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Chives (optional) A few
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients we need.
2. Peel the lotus root.
3. Remove the lotus root joints on both sides and rinse them along the lotus root hole under running water to prevent mud.
4. Cut the rinsed lotus root into thin slices.
5. After everything is cut, rinse off the lotus root starch on the surface and set aside.
6. Cut dried chili into sections.
7. Sieve out most of the pepper seeds.
8. Heat oil in a pot and add dried chili peppers after the oil is hot.
9. Fry until the garbage is slightly fragrant.
10. Pour in the lotus root slices.
11. Stir fry for a while.
12. Pour in white vinegar.
13. Add appropriate amount of pepper.
14. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
15. When the lotus root slices are almost cooked, add a few chopped leeks.
