Ingredients

Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients
2. Cut potatoes into shreds
3. Mince the garlic and millet pepper, cut the onion into strips, and cut the chive into small sections
4. Soak the potatoes in clean water, wash them with clean water, 2-3 times
