How to eat tofu fairy
2 pieces of tamagoyaki tofu, 200g of enoki mushrooms 1 tablespoon oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 each shallot, millet and pepper | 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon each of light soy sauce, oil, sugar and starch, half a bowl of water |
Step 1
Cut tofu into cubes (about 2cm thick) and dip in starch on both sidesStep 2
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry over low heat until both sides of the tofu are golden brown. Turn off the heat and set aside.Step 3
