Steps

1. Wash the spinach leaves, add water to a pot, boil and blanch the water, remove the cold water.

5. Add ginger juice, cooking wine, salt, and peppercorn water (soak the peppercorns in boiling water for 15 minutes to make peppercorn water, you may not add it according to your preference), and stir evenly.

6. Crack in an egg and mix well, add appropriate amount of pepper, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, stir, then add appropriate amount of water starch and mix well.

7. Add the shredded carrots, corn, purple cabbage, and water chestnuts and continue to stir evenly. (First add a little oil to the chopped vegetables and mix well, then mix with the minced meat)

12. Roll out the dough into a slightly thicker middle and thinner edge, and add the filling.
