Steps
1. Main ingredients: water chestnuts, fungus, carrots.
2. Cut the chives into small pieces and slice the ginger.
3. Soak the fungus in advance.

6. Soak the water chestnuts in clean water, which makes them easy to clean. Use a hard-bristled brush to remove the dirt when cleaning.
