Kuaishou Curry Potato Beef Stew
Ingredients
- Cooked beef 250g
- Potato 1
- Carrot 1 root
- Onion Half
- Light soy sauce 1 small spoon
- Starch A little
- Curry cubes 45g
Steps
1. Dice carrots
2. Peel and dice potatoes
3. Cut the onion into small pieces
4. Cut cooked beef into small pieces
5. Add a little starch and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside
6. Add appropriate amount of oil to a non-stick pan and heat until 30% hot, add diced potatoes and fry until slightly brown
7. Pour in diced carrots
8. Fry together until the surface is golden and crusty, remove and set aside
9. Pour beef into the original pot and fry until the surface is golden brown, take it out and set aside
10. Add 1/3 of the onion cubes to the original pot and stir-fry until fragrant
11. Pour in diced potatoes and carrots, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
12. Add diced beef and bring to boil
13. Turn down the heat and add curry cubes
14. Cook until the curry cubes melt
15. Finally add chives and bring to a boil
