Laoganma noodles
Ingredients
- Rice noodles 500g
- Green vegetables 100g
- Peanuts 50g
- Onion 1 root
- Ginger 3 slices
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Potatoes 50g
- Oil 3 spoons
- Soy sauce 1 spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Lao Ganma 3 spoons
Steps
1. Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince.
2. Mix light soy sauce, soy sauce, onions, ginger, garlic, and Laoganma.
3. Prepare the sauce in a large bowl.
4. Fry the peanuts over medium heat until cooked through.
5. Take out the peanuts and drop the hot oil in the pot into the sauce.
6. Pour the hot oil over the sauce.
7. Cook the rice noodles and blanch the vegetables for one minute. Then drain the noodles and vegetables. Pour sauce over noodles.
8. Stir.
9. Stir evenly and sprinkle with chopped coriander
10. Stir again.
