Luncheon Meat Rice Ball
Ingredients
- Luncheon Meat 5 slices
- Rice 2 bowls
- Shredded seaweed 2 spoons
- Sushi Nori 1 piece
- Corn, peas, diced carrots Half a bowl
- Crisp or potato chips 1 small bowl
- Salad dressing 2 spoons
- Edible oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the sushi seaweed into long strips.
2. Cut the lunch meat into slices.
3. Add cooking oil, add luncheon meat, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
4. Add corn kernels, peas, and carrots and stir-fry for two minutes, then turn off the heat
5. Add rice, chopped seaweed and salad dressing.
6. Prepare a small bowl of crispy rice, crush it, or use potato chips.
7. Pour the crushed rice crust into the pot.
8. Stir evenly.
9. Put the plastic wrap inside the lunch meat box and put a piece of lunch meat at the bottom
10. Take out the entire plastic wrap, then tighten it tightly.
11. Wrap it in sushi nori.
