Ingredients
- Butter 85g
- Cake powder 85g
- Cornstarch 85g
- Powdered sugar 35g
- Cooked egg yolk 2 pieces
Steps
1. Soften the butter until it becomes soft when pressed
2. Add powdered sugar
3. Use egg beaters to beat until the volume becomes larger and fluffy
4. Sieve the egg yolks
5. Add sifted flour
6. Knead it into a smooth dough without dry flour by hand, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour
7. Divide the dough into approximately 10 grams, roll it into balls and place it in a baking pan
8. Then flatten it with your thumb. Patterns will appear on the edge of the shaped dough
9. Place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then cool and seal for storage
