Steps
1. Chill the mozzarella cheese in the refrigerator until hard, then crush it with a rolling pin
2. Add sifted flour and salt
3. Add pure milk
4. Just knead it into a ball, don’t knead it too much
5. Put the butter into a plastic bag and roll it into a sheet with a rolling pin
6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 0.5cm, about 3 times the size of the butter slices, and place the butter slices in the middle
7. Wrap the butter slices on the left and right sides with dough and cover with plastic wrapRelax for 20 minutes

9. Fold it in half and roll it out
10. Repeat the previous step 2 times, then cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes
11. Roll out the relaxed dough to about 0.5 inches thick, then cut off the corners with a knife, and then cut into small strips
12. Twist both ends of the small strip of dough in opposite directions and place it on the baking sheet. Press both ends slightly on the baking sheet to fix it
