Mushroom and Tomato Baked Rice

Since I was baking for two people, I used a small IKEA baked rice bowl. Wash and set aside.Step 2
Spread the rice flat in an IKEA rice baking bowl and set aside.Step 3
Cut the mushrooms, green peppers, ham, and onions into small pieces, and mince the garlic.Step 4
Pour olive oil into the pot, heat it briefly, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.Step 5
Add the mushrooms, green pepper, and ham and stir-fry until the mushrooms are watery and change color. Add salt, light cream, and spices and stir-fry evenly.Step 6
Arrange the fried ingredients in an IKEA rice bowl filled with rice.Step 7
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and add some shredded green peppers and cut tomatoes. The more tomatoes you put in, the better.Step 8
