Ingredients
- Mushroom 200g
- Fine salt 1 tsp
- Chopped green onion Appropriate amount
- Pepper A little
- Olive oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Add 1 tablespoon of fruit and vegetable salt to the water and mix well.
2. Soak the mushrooms for a while.
3. Remove and drain.
4. Slice.
