Ingredients
- Milk 140g
- Yeast 3g
- Eggs 1
- White sugar 18 grams
- Cake powder 70g
- High powder 30g

Steps
1. Sift the flour in advance and mix evenly.
2. Heat the milk to 35 degrees and set aside.

Tips
- When frying waffles, be sure to heat the pan and pour in the batter. No need to add oil. Fry over low heat until large bubbles appear on the surface of the batter. Turn over.
