Ingredients
- peeled peas 250g
- White sugar 100g

Steps

3. Wash the soaked peas and put them in the steamer
4. Cover and steam for 30 minutes

- To make pea yellow, buy peeled peas directly, and be sure to use a non-stick pan. The prepared pea yellow will taste better if refrigerated for 2 hours.
