Ingredients
- Peanuts 100g
- Onions 4/1 pieces
- Green and red pepper 1 root
- Cilantro 2g
- Light soy sauce 15g
- Vinegar 30g
- Sugar 8g
- Salt 0.5g
- Oyster sauce 15g
Steps
1. 100g peanuts, 4/1 onion, 1 green and red pepper, 2g coriander 15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 0.5g salt, 15g oyster sauce
2. Dice onions
3. Cut green and red peppers into rings
4. Pour in 15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 15g oyster sauce, 0.5g salt, and mix well
5. Peanuts in cold oil
6. Turn on low heat and stir it back and forth with a spoon
7. If you hear peanuts exploding, cracking, or changing color, control the oil and remove them
8. Pour the sauce into the pot
9. Stir-fry over high heat until the sauce bubbles and becomes thick, then turn off the heat
10. Pour in the cooled peanuts and garnishes
