Orange chiffon cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, 65g low-gluten flour, 25g corn oil, 45g sugar, 68g milk, 20g candied orange peel
Steps
1. Pour the egg yolk, milk, and corn oil into the basin together.
2. Stir until completely combined.
3. Sift in low-gluten flour.
4. Stir evenly.
5. Cut the candied orange peel into cubes and pour into the egg yolk paste.
6. Stir evenly.
7. Add sugar to the egg whites.
8. Beat until stiff peaks form.
9. Take half of the meringue and put it in the egg yolk paste.
10. Stir evenly.
11. Pour the mixed cake batter into the remaining half of the meringue.
12. Continue to stir evenly.
13. Pour the cake batter into the chiffon mold and gently shake out the air bubbles.
14. Put it in the oven at 140 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, then take it out.
